INFLOT agency has at its disposal a qualified staff of customs brokers, having been yearly attested by customs confirming their competency.
The relationship between customs broker and its principal are legalized by the agreement.
Customs brokers responsibilities (duties) are:
- to act in the interests and on behalf of its principal in correlations with customs on the basis of power of attorneys and orders
- to provide formalities on all kinds of goods carried by any means of transport (vehicles, railway, air and sea transport)
- to prepare and present to customs all documents, necessary to carry out customs formalities on the basis of “end product”
- to provide payments to customs in local currency covering all customs dues and fees
- to provide accreditation of Customer at customs office on his order
- to co-ordinate costs of the goods
- to provide with customs joint control on proper registration of all documents (contract, cargo documents, certificates and other permissions) in order to help customs in case of necessity
