Port handles general and dry-bulk cargoes (mineral fertilizers, building materials, ferrous metals, pig iron, coke, ferrous alloys, timber, peat, etc.) as well as grain cargoes, crude oil and vegetable oil.
The port has 10 berths with the total length of 1.26 km. Depths at berths 2.5 8.25m. Draft is limited by 7.6 m (fresh water)
Due to limited inner port road vessels are allowed to enter for handling and other operations only by preliminary agreement with Harbour Master. Vessels agent negotiates with the Port Authorities to receive permission to enter the port.
